This demo shows 4K gaming and a User Interface rendered at 4K from the AmLogic M80X SoC. The SoC contains a quad core Arm Cortex-A9 CPU and six core Arm Mali-450 GPU. The complex game content used is Timbuktu which was developed to show how a mobile game is built and some of the advanced effects (depth of field, bloom, shadows, particles, and so on) are implemented. The UI was provided by our ecosystem partner Autodesk® to show how their Scaleform® UI product is able to output at 4K resolution.
