Arm, Microsoft, Qualcomm, and Linaro have been working together on enabling open-source software packages for Windows on Arm.

A diverse set of open-source software tools were handled as part of this effort from toolchain (LLVM and GCC) to popular language runtimes and frameworks such as Python, Node.js, Perl, TensorFlow, Bazel, CMake, etc.

This talk will provide a summary of the current status of work, future directions, and infrastructures Linaro maintains to support this initiative.
