Partner Technical Training is accelerating to meet growing partner demand and a rapidly expanding training audience. AI plays a key role in making this happen.
Globally dispersed teams makes in-person delivery challenging. Different time zones also make live virtual training difficult to schedule. As a result, on-demand content has become the dominant delivery channel and has helped to increase the reach of Arm Training. Creating on demand content in a timely and efficient way is fundamental.

AI integration in training creation
To meet this increased need, AI supports multiple stages of content creation. AI helps generate learning objectives aligned to Bloom’s Taxonomy and assessments that evaluate understanding. Other custom GPTs maintain consistency and improve quality by aligning content with the Arm diagram and writing guides.
This automation enables faster development while maintaining Arm’s focus on accuracy and technical insight, which are core strengths of our training materials. Using these new techniques, we have expanded key learning areas more efficiently, including new Zena CSS and CSS V3 courses.

AI transcripts and translations also help remove learning barriers for non-native English-speaking delegates accessing on-demand content. A structured playbook now guides transcript and translation approaches. It builds on our success with Simplified Chinese and addresses challenges with Traditional Chinese. The playbook helps teams maintain quality as they scale to additional languages.
Expanding reach through the partner ecosystem
Regional engagement continues to grow. In Malaysia, training activity has increased as part of ongoing partner support. Our AMBA learning content for the Coursera platform is also progressing well. Publishing AMBA content on a platform with global reach expands access to foundational knowledge. The first modules are on track for release in Q1.
We continue to develop training on emerging Arm technologies, including Scalable Matrix Extensions (SME) and the Neural Graphics Project (NGP). This content is published on YouTube and BiliBili to support OEM partners in China and align with evolving program requirements.
Arm Approved Training Partners (AATPs) remain central to delivering high-quality training at scale. New partners, including ChipMango, have joined the program and expanded access in key regions. AATPs are now listed in the Arm Partner Catalog, which makes it easier for partners to identify suitable training providers
.
Looking ahead
Several initiatives are underway that will shape partner learning in the coming years. AI-generated diagrams are expected to reduce the time needed to produce technically accurate visuals. We are evaluating advances in translation and voice cloning to support natural and consistent multilingual delivery.
We are also exploring the integration of AI-generated answers within Fuse to help partners quickly find relevant information. Training videos hosted on Fuse will be indexed in Developer Search, making them easier to discover.
More public training content will be published on YouTube and BiliBili to increase visibility and reach new audiences.
Arm continues to evolve how training is created, delivered, and discovered. The integration of AI across our training ecosystem reflects the growing scale and complexity of the Arm landscape. Expanded partner and partner-focused programs support this shift.
We are building a future-ready enablement model that is accessible to partners wherever they are. For more details on our Arm On Demand Training please use the link below.
