8.3. PCB design guidelines

Two implementations are possible:

A dedicated trace port

The TPA or logic analyzer is the only load on the trace port signals. See Dedicated trace port.

A shared trace port

The trace pins are shared with other functions, and therefore there are stubs on the PCB tracks of the development board and an increased load on the output driver. See Shared trace port.
