Enables you to link against the combined A32 and T32 library. --thumb2_library only
applies when the processor supports A32 and T32, such as 8-A.32.
Use the --no_thumb2_library option to revert
to the ARMv5T and later libraries.
Note
The linker ignores --thumb2_library if the
target is 8-A.64.
