About Mali-D37

Mali-D37 is the first entry-level/mainstream DPU based on the Komeda architecture. It is the lowest area DPU with a rich feature set and high performance for entry-level and mainstream devices. Mali-D37 targets the devices where area matters most and is optimised for 1080p (full HD) to 2K resolution single displays. Mali-D37 is configurable to an area of less than 1mm2 on 16nm technology (for comparison, this is approximately 40 percent the size of the premium Mali-D71 DPU). This is achieved through the single display pipeline of Mali-D37. When combined with Assertive Display and MMU-600, the small DPU can provide the end user with exceptional visuals all while reducing memory latency and bandwidth.
