Artisan 90nm memory compilers are designed for IoT applications emphasizing high density and low power features.  Integrated source biasing devices reduce leakage during retention mode.  Compiled memory instances have dual power rails to enable advanced power saving modes and support DVFS operation.  Artisan 90nm memory also supports multiple power management modes for greater leakage savings.

40nm

Artisan memory compilers are the densest memory solutions available today. Based on a specially developed architecture, Artisan 40nm memory compilers have been widely licensed and used in the smart-phone /tablet , DTV and IoT markets. Several low power modes and multiple periphery options are supported. For IoT applications which require very low voltage operation, the compilers include ‘assist’ circuitry to guarantee successful read/writes. The compilers also support ECC, BIST , and redundancy to improve yield and post silicon performance tuning.

180nm

Artisan provides a rich portfolio of high speed and high density memory compilers on 180nm implementing single port SRAM, single port register file, dual port SRAM, dual port register file, and vROM.  Arm provides silicon proven architecture that provides optimized PPA for both high performance and high density application.  The Artisan product portfolio covers over 15 foundries and numerous process variants.
