Product update: Arm Keil MDK v5.39 released

Arm has released the latest update to Arm Keil MDK, version 5.39 adding general stability and usability improvements.

Individual component updates of Keil MDK:

• µVision IDE to v5.39.0.0
• Arm Compiler for Embedded to v6.21
• Fixed Virtual Platforms (FVPs) are now based on Arm Fast Models 11.22.33.
• CMSIS-Toolbox to v2.2.0
