How to participate
You have been invited, at random, to participate in a survey and prize giveaway whilst visiting the Arm Developer website, www.developer.arm.com. In order to express your interest in participating, please complete and submit the entry form. *

Promoter
This competition is provided and administered by Arm Limited, 110 Fulbourn Road, Cambridge, CB1 9NJ, United Kingdom ("Arm") on behalf of itself, its contractors and its subsidiaries.
Selection and eligibility
Arm shall review entry forms received and shall select, in its sole discretion, entrants for participation in the study and prize giveaway. Entrants that are selected to participate will receive an e-mail which invites them to take part in the study and confirms their automatic entry into the prize giveaway. Participation in the study is not required to be eligible to enter into the prize draw.
The competition is only open to participants 18 years or older. All entries must be written in English. No Purchase Necessary. No employee of Arm is eligible to participate in the competition.
Entry period and criteria
Entry forms which are submitted between 9am GMT on Thursday 19th November 2020 and 5pm GMT on Thursday 17th December 2020 will be considered by Arm.
How we select the winners
The winners of the competition will be selected at random and announced on Friday 18th December 2020.
The winners will be notified that they are a prize winner by e-mail (using the e-mail address provided in the entry form). Winners will be asked to respond to the e-mail notification in order to claim their prize. All prizes are based on availability. The prizes are three Raspberry Pi Starter Kits (estimated retail value: £100 in the UK).
The Prize is non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. Arm reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize at any time if the prize advertised is unavailable. In the event that a prize winner does not respond within 7 working days of receiving the notification that they are a winner, then Arm reserves the right to reallocate the prize to an alternate winner. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of the prize. Where applicable, Arm will pay any taxes and shipping costs incurred in relation to delivery of prizes. Further, where applicable, delivery is subject to the winners providing shipping details on request.
Rights in the entries
You must only submit your own content, something that you have personally created. If you incorporate anyone else's copyright material in the entry you must ensure you have permission to do so, and that you can grant the licence below in respect of the third-party material incorporated in your entries. By submitting an entry you confirm you have such permission and that to the best of your knowledge your entries do not infringe any third party's copyright or rights of confidentiality.
You warrant that your entry which you submit will not infringe any third-party IP rights, privacy and will not contain any libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening material. Arm reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to delete any entry without the prior notification to the participant found to be inappropriate or otherwise suspected of infringing third party IP rights. Arm cannot accept responsibility for errors, loss, and damage to entries outside of Arm's control.
By submitting an entry form to participate in the survey and prize giveaway you hereby grant to Arm Limited, its contractors and its subsidiaries, a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute the entry (in whole or part) and to incorporate such entry into other works in any format or medium for any purposes.
General terms and conditions
Entrants confirm that they agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Use, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
You agree that you release Arm Limited, its contractors and its subsidiaries from, and agree that Arm Limited, its contractors or its subsidiaries shall have no liability in respect of, any and all claims, causes of action, costs, losses and damages (whether direct or indirect or consequential), in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, in connection with or otherwise relating to your entry or participation in the survey and prize giveaway.
Prizes are awarded at Arm's sole discretion. Arm reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the prize giveaway or Arm's website, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
In the event that any giveaway winner is subsequently disqualified from a giveaway for any reasons, Arm, in its sole discretion, may decide whether a replacement winner should be selected. By entering a giveaway, you hereby warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete. Arm reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify a participant for submitting inaccurate or false information.
The competition is governed by English law.
