How should you leave your feedback?
If you would like to leave feedback, you can access a form by clicking on the 'Feedback' button on the right-hand side of the page.
When browsing our documentation, for improved clarity, we do not show the feedback button but instead ask 'Was this page helpful?' towards the footer of each page. The Yes/No response buttons open a form that allows you to provide further feedback.
You are encouraged to leave an email address when supplying feedback so that we can provide a response or ask you for further detail.
We occasionally do targeted research on specific sections of the Developer website. You may see a pop-up form as you are browsing and as always we would welcome your participation.
Why do we need your feedback?
We collect feedback from a range of sources – from surveys to face-to-face feedback at events. We want to make it easy for users to suggest ways to improve our content on Developer or to let us know when something is not working. This is why we have included a Feedback tab on every page.
What do we do with your feedback?
Every item of feedback is read and sorted. Positive feedback is passed on to the relevant teams, and feedback that needs action is categorized and sent on to the relevant team for consideration.
What is the process from feedback to implemented change?
Sometimes it can take time to implement an idea or suggestion. This is because of the volume of requests that we get. We make sure that suggested changes are prioritized, so that any errors or high priority issues are resolved quickly.
We also have a long list of our own ideas and improvements that we are working on. The feedback that we receive is often the catalyst for these pieces of work.
Any updates to the feedback process will be updated on this page. For Arm news and updates, you can subscribe using the Stay Informed banner at the bottom of Developer pages.
